Annual Meeting

Year after year, everything is renewed. In a blink of an eye, the busy 2023 has gone away from us, and the full expectation of 2024 has come to us. 

On January 30, 2024, the 2023 annual meeting of Seton Company kicked off in the banquet hall of Nanhu Park.

 With the annual meeting theme of "Working together to create good results", all colleagues of the company gathered together to sum up the shortcomings of the past year, look forward to the development and direction of the New Year, and celebrate the coming of the Spring Festival.

Before the dinner, Peng Shaoyu, chairman of the company, and Yan Min, general manager of the company, respectively made a summary speech in 2023, reviewing the company's work in 2023, affirming the work achievements of all employees, facing the problems existing in the work, and encouraging everyone to continue to work hard in 2024, overcome difficulties, and complete the work goal together.

Through everyone's hard work, the company has made some progress in all aspects of work, but there is still a certain gap between the diversified needs of competitors and customers. In 2024, we will also face new opportunities and challenges. Under the premise of steady progress, we will continue to seize the rare opportunity of "relatively loose macro environment, conducive to the development of manufacturing industry and encouraging import substitution". It is necessary to make greater efforts and make greater progress in consolidating and improving product quality, shortening delivery time, cultivating reserve forces, building basic systems, standardizing internal management, expanding product market, globalization of import substitution, improving service quality, enhancing development momentum, optimizing operation system, improving working environment, caring for employees and establishing corporate image, etc. Strive to complete the main business objectives and tasks at the same time, to build a long-term, stable and sustainable development of the company's operating mechanism.
